What software do I need to run the application?
Each application runs on all versions of Windows. All Protel products and in MAC. Mobile applications have a similar marking in the description depending on the platform they support [iOS, Android, Windows Mobile].

To see the sales of the previous days from simple POS, it is enough to “enter” the printreports application and select the date that interests me.
What support am I entitled to and in what form?

What if a computer with a HIT S.A. program spoils?
Most items can be recovered through backup and some of our customer maintenance contracts also provide technical services and cover fault recovery.
How often should I get a back-up?
It is best to back up your data as often as possible.

How can I train in the applications that interest me?
Specialized – in each of the applications – our partners undertake to train you in any application you choose. The training seminars are held by appointment with the person in charge
