Two-day live seminar owned by the HiT Academy Seminars Service with a duration of eight (8) teaching hours (four hours each day) to learn the basic and managerial functions of the Front Office of the Protel PMS application.

Live webinar owned by the HiT Academy Seminars Service with a duration of four (4) teaching hours to create a culture of respect for personal data by the staff of a hotel, but also the basic conditions and requirements of compliance with the requirements of the General Regulation GDPR.

TechUser Awareness WEBINAR
TechUser Awareness’s e-learning service aims to inform hotel staff about the potential risks and consequences that any security incidents may have, but mainly to provide instructions for good use of the computer infrastructure. Emphasis is placed on BYOD services, secure email management, Internet access, proper password management, file & email encryption, PC-network connectivity and proper file management.
The Hotel DPO WORKSHOPS™
A series of three-hour workshops aimed at intensive training of the staff of a hotel that will not have the assistance of a Data Protection Officer (DPO) on the management of issues related to personal data. Emphasis is placed on the good and timely management of customer requests regarding their Personal Data, the establishment of a sustainable security incident management process, the analysis and consolidation of existing Policies, where they exist, the discussion on specific compliance issues that may arise in everyday life and the exercise on the compliance tools provided by the deliverable of the IT GDPR Compliance for Hotels & Hotel Chains™ project to the hotel.
The workshops are accompanied by exercises and self-assessment questionnaires, but also by the possibility of discussion with a certified DPO and the relevant Certificate of Attendance.
HiT ACADEMY for Hotels & Hotel Chains™ training umbrella seminars can be conducted with a limited number of participants or in particular. All seminars are accompanied by special educational material and the relevant Certificate of Attendance. For some of them there is access to the HIT ACADEMY Hotel, a fully functional simulation of a hotel facility for practical training, but also examination or self-evaluation at the end of the seminar with announceable results.
