To customize, select: Maintenance – Archives – Departments and then the section Breakfast from the list at the bottom left of the window, correct the VAT rate and save the change by pressing Registration.

Repeat the process for the sections Meal and Dinner.

ALL INCLUSIVE

If you are using an All Inclusive package, you should replace the 5% or 10% that you had in the package until now with 20%. The analysis of the remaining meals that make up the All Inclusive is irrelevant, as all the remaining sections (breakfast - lunch - dinner) have the reduced VAT rate.

This change must be recorded in the General Archive as well as in the price lists with AI package.

General Archive:

Optionally, you can change the breakdown of other meals from 5-10-10 or 5-10-5 to 5-5-5, because as we mentioned above, the breakdown of other packages is irrelevant, since all other packages and accommodation are subject to the reduced VAT rate (13%).

Price list:

You correct the percentage of the single price of All Inclusive to 20%. Here you can also change the breakdown of the other packages to a smaller percentage.

ATTENTION: In both the General File and the price lists, you should not enter a breakdown percentage of 0%, if you are using this package. For example, if you have AI, there should definitely be some percentage in the positions as well  breakfast – lunch – dinner.

After completing the entire process, to activate the modifications, we close the application and open it again.
