As the COVID-19 virus continues to spread globally, the HiT SA wants to announce its commitment to continuous smooth operation and at the same time protect the health and safety of its partners and employees.
Having at our disposal the procedures, practices and infrastructure for uninterrupted business activity, according to the Business Continuity Plan and always in accordance with the recommendations of the competent bodies, we activated the mechanism for implementing the following actions:
Immediate suspension of all business travel for our employees, until further notice. While our preference remains to meet with you face-to-face, we believe that suspending business travel and replacing it with teleconferences, remote access, and webinars is in the best interest of all of us.
Working from home (teleworking). We are currently piloting the teleworking system with security personnel in our offices.
Also, from the very beginning the company has received all the appropriate physical protection and information measures of employees (disinfection in workplaces, supply of antiseptic materials, distance of more than two meters between the offices used, etc.).
