We would like to inform you that according to the new decisions A.1100/2024 and A.1101/2024 of the Independent Public Revenue Authority AADE, the deadlines for the obligation to withdraw/replace cash - tax mechanisms and interconnect ERP software with POS are postponed as follows:
> Mandatory withdrawal all EAFDSS and simple FIM used by catering businesses with table service until 31/7/2024. [extension]
> Businesses that use cash systems that work with ERP have interconnection obligation of ERP-enabled POS cash register systems, according to A.1155/2023, until 30/9/2024. [extension]
