With the implementation of law 4308/2014, the sending of tax documents to the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE) through the myDATA platform (my Digital Accounting & Tax Application) begins to be required by hotels on October 1 of this year.
The myDATA platform is the AADE Electronic Books platform and the obligation to interconnect with it concerns all companies that keep Accounting Files according to Greek accounting standards.
The summaries of the documents can be transmitted automatically to the Authority through the software programs used by the hotels, as long as they are interconnected with A.A.D.E. with relevant interface.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The technical implementation of the interface with AADE requires applications of modern technology, operating Windows OS and a stable connection to the Internet. The DOS and UNIX versions of the Ermis PMS hotel application do not meet the technical specifications for the automated submission of documents on the myDATA platform.
